Ingredients:
1 Loaf of bread
200 ml of coconut milk (1 small box of Santan Kara) – (Mix with 1 cup of water)
1 cup of sugar
½ tsp of salt
1 tsp of Pandan paste
3 eggs
Method:
Heat oven @180 C or 350 F
Whisked all ingredients.
Arrange bread in a baking dish.
Pour batter in dish on bread.
Baked for 30 minutes
